ABOUT THE ROLE

Joining us as Senior Manager Customer Service means having a key role in the global distribution of our brands to the world. As The Absolut Group is a truly global business, this role is a central position in our important supply chain to our market companies. This position offers insight and impact to the unique business we have today but also shapes new opportunities in our quickly changing environment.
Having this role means combining both a customer and commercial focus with iconic and global brands, and you will also have the privilege to manage and lead a team of passionate and highly professional customer service experts in shipping our products to approx. 126 different markets. We are very proud of this team that for long time has been recognized as the Customer Service team with the highest satisfaction rate and a role model across the Group.
You will be based in Stockholm and will report to our Procurement & Supply Chain Director.
In this role you will also:
  • Secure an efficient and optimized supply chain with focus on: Service level, Delivery performance, Flexibility, Volume Fill, Load Optimization, Cost to serve, Supply rules of the game, Sustainability, Minimize risks and Customer satisfaction
  • Lead and support the daily work of the Customer Service Area Managers, working closely with our market companies, the production planning department and our warehouse in Åhus
  • Lead the freight tenders to find optimal logistics providers and take ownership of freight budgets
  • Prepare regular procurement plans and progress reports as required
  • Represent TAC in all external contacts with customers, suppliers and authorities
  • Develop and implement customer service strategies
  • Maintain an awareness of market trends and customer initiatives, monitoring competitors & opportunities
ABOUT YOU
We see you as truly passionate about Logistics and Customer Service. You are proactive, take your own initiatives and you are always 3 steps ahead. You are highly customer oriented and know that at times things can get tough and the road bumpy, but you are a self-motivated problem solver, flexible with the ability to work in a high paced environment. You enjoy giving presentation both internally and externally and bring others onboard.
  • 5-10 years’ experience in international trade and shipping
  • Excellent negotiations skills
  • Broad network within the shipping industry
  • Experience of leading teams
  • Fluent in spoken and written English. Swedish knowledge is a plus but not mandatory
