NLP Designer
As an NLP designer, you will be part of the Conversation Design Chapter, working in the Digital Assistant Squad (a multi-disciplinary and agile team responsible for the delivery and implementation of the chatbot and the voice assistant).
Concretely, in the chapter you will work in close collaboration with the other NLP designers of the team to maintain and design the NLP models of the chatbot and the voice assistant. You are constantly looking for optimizations to increase the accuracy of the bots. You will also train the NLP and do exhaustive debugging.
You will also work with the conversation designers within the chapter. They design bot flows and write the conversational copy:
- You bring NLP/NLU knowledge to the team to successfully shape bot conversations
- You give your input to improve logic of existing and upcoming flows
- You have basic knowledge of intents and entities and you are aware of trends in the field of NLP (LLMs, Conversational AI etc.)
Your work will be used in both sales and after-sales contexts for various customer segments.

Required competencies:
- Strong analytical skills, rigorous, and detailed-oriented mindset
- Experience on AI projects, ideally on NLP/NLU of digital assistants
- Good writing skills in at least 2 of the following languages: Dutch/French/English
- Self-steering
- Experience with working in an agile context
- Ability to work under pressure
Nice to have:
- Experience with Dialogflow CX, Vertex AI
- A first experience with NLP, Python and JSON
- Knowledge of LLM integrations
