- Follow all drink recipes and procedures to ensure and maintain consistency and quality
- Barista skills is a must with experience in handling manual coffee machines
- Process customers’ orders via Point-of-Sales (POS) system
- Prepare and package food and beverage for sale and takeaway
- Keep bar area and utensils clean, sanitized and tidy at all times
- Able to work opening and closing shifts
- Serve beverages and prepared food such as items prepared at the Bar/Pastry counter
- Strong passion with a keen interest to work in a café environment
- Team player and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude with a pleasant personality
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
