This job involve developing, maintaining and integrating state of the art, mission critical solutions for core insurance and record keeping systems, in an international context for a leading European Insurance Group. You are going to be part of a young and fun cross-functional team which designs and implements enterprise level integration solutions to connect our interaction and third-party systems to our core IT landscape.
WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT IN THIS PROJECT?
- You will work as part of a multinational group with true, large, enterprise-wide systems, complex architecture, and real-life constraints (speed, performance, non-stop systems availability and enhanced security and data protection).
THIS PROJECT & POSITION REQUIRE:
- Develop integration services using Flow and Java languages on the webMethods platform
- Design and implement SOAP and REST based APIs
- Secure applications against hacking attacks and data theft
- Perform application maintenance (implement change requests, fix bugs)
- Perform peer programming and review
- Prepare and monitor deployments to other stages (test, pre- production, production)
- Write Unit and Integration tests
- Adopt and support best practices within the technology domain
- Communicate with vendor’s R&D department in case of webMethods platform defects.
