MAIN AREAS OF FOCUS:
- Project Management
- Cost control & Budgeting of all projects
- Complete planning, time keeping, budgeting of entire project including working with architects, engineers, interiors & sub-contractors
- Handle all Environmental approvals for projects
- Installation of interiors after construction period in conjunction with interiors & operational teams and staff
- Training manual per project to camp on how to care and look after new products, equipment
- Logistics
- Handle all logistics for each of the project with assistance from the procurement & operational teams
- Environmental & Sustainability
- Identify Environment & Sustainability practices in the Lodges & Camps
- Roll out of the above ideas
- Ensure WTTC compliance with Green Key, maintain documentation
- Roll out, compliance of all Health & Safety measures as per inspector recommendations

SKILL & PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE
- 5 years Project Management Experience in the hospitality industry
- 2 years Environmental Management Experience in the hospitality industry
- MS Projects or similar an advantage
- Budget planning and cost management essential
- Solid technical working knowledge of operations both front and back of house and advantage but not a necessity
- Logistics processes & knowledge
- Computer literate
- Strong administrative and organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- Excellent attention to detail
