Design Gold Jewelry Office Assistant

We are looking to hire a superstar office assistant to help us take our Online Fine Jewelry brand to the next level. Your goal in the position would be to keep the office in perfect standing, manage the inventory system, and make sure the customer experience is excellent from ordering to unboxing.

Responsibilities:

  • Use Shipping software such as Shipstation or Shippo to print labels and daily pick lists
  • Pick and package orders
  • Problem solve complex shipping requests and manage filing claims with Shipping carriers
  • Coordinate re-stocking of inventory with suppliers
  • Regularly input new merchandise into inventory system
  • Be the main point of contact for Customer Service inquiries
  • Maintain organization of the office space and inventory system

Requirements:

  • Available full time Monday-Friday 9am-5pm
  • 1+ Years relevant experience is a plus
  • Self-starter attitude and ability to exercise judgment and solve problems
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail; accuracy is a must!
  • Positive attitude with ability to accept constructive feedback

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

  • Bonus pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Los Angeles, CA 90014: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

  • Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)

Work Location: In person
