We want a new IT Service Manager for Workforce Management, Payroll and Travel & Expense to check in with us in Stockholm, Sweden!
As one of our IT Service Managers, you will have the overall technical responsibility for several of our systems within the area of Workforce Management, Payroll and Travel & Expense. That includes being responsible for all the technical functionality, creating roadmaps, keeping up with technology trends as well as being an important bridge between our business and technical functions.
This is a new role and you will be part of a recently established team as one of the first members. You will work closely with our stakeholders from the business teams such as Group and Country Finance, HR, Communication, Procurement, Sustainability and others to leverage the products in the best possible way for Scandic. You will also partner up with the vendors to make sure we are using the capacity in the systems in the best way and making it as user friendly as possible.

Main activities and responsibilities:
- Develop, anchor, and iterate strategy for service area, in response to the needs of Scandic
- Actively keep up with technology trends within and outside the hospitality area and understand how these can be adapted to support the business needs and vision
- Provide architectural and design directions together with our Enterprise Architect
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and facilitate forums for technical development and roadmap
- Secure a stable and efficient solution and securing that service operation & maintenance is performed with/by supplier within SLA and assist Service Desk with support process, documentation and vendor escalations
- Work with Problem Management process, analyzing trends to mitigate incidents
- Assure Processes for Change & Release are followed for the assigned services
- Execute & Maintain on GDPR and Security Compliance including policy adherence
- Budget and forecast process within systems and services
Skills & Background:
- Proven track record of IT/technical service management /product management within Workforce Management, Payroll and Travel & Expense (examples in current tool stack: TimePlan, Aditro, Visma) or similar tools/products
- Experience in providing service and solutions to larger organizations
- Ability to understand the needs from a business perspective, analyzing and understanding trends within the service areas and transforming technical functional requirements in an understandable way
- Ability to communicate technical information in a clear, non-technical manner
- Persistency in driving long term sustainable change
- Strong documentation skills
- Proficiency in Swedish and English
