Human Resources Advisor (Bi-Lingual English/Spanish)

As a Human Resources Advisor, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering consulting, support, and HR services to our diverse client base. You will collaborate closely with professionals and executives at all levels, serving as a trusted strategic partner in shaping their HR initiative and making a meaningful impact by leveraging your expertise and helping organizations thrive.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage and support various human resource client activities, including onboarding, offboarding, benefit/payroll administration, employee relations, and general inquiries.
  • Collaborate with clients to develop and implement staffing strategies, assisting with recruiting, and selection of top candidates.
  • Perform payroll processes for clients, establishing best practices to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Handle sensitive employee relations matters, serving as a coach/counsel in sensitive or complex situations.
  • Administer and maintain compliance with equal opportunity employment, anti-discrimination, health and safety programs, as well as federal and state laws and regulations.
  • Recommend innovative approaches, policies, and procedures to enhance department efficiency and service quality.
  • Provide translation support in both verbal and written forms to facilitate effective communication.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

  • High School Diploma (or equivalent)
  • Four or more years of experience in Human Resources
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English for verbal and written communication
  • Flexibility to adapt to a changing environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve issues promptly
  • High level of professionalism, confidence, and confidentiality
  • Excellent time management and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented team player who can handle multiple projects in a fast-paced setting
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (MAC & PC) and internet applications
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
  • Proven ability to prioritize needs and provide a high-level of customer service
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
