We are searching for a German speaking Service Sales Representative for our multinational partner who is present in the technology field. If you would like to work in a team and provide commercial support then stop scrolling!
In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our services. Your primary focus will be on driving sales, managing customer accounts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to meet sales targets and contribute to the growth of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell our services to customers.
- Manage customer accounts and build strong relationships.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives.
- Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers.
- Prepare and present sales proposals and quotes.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement sales strategies.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor activities.
- Provide excellent customer service and support.
- Monitor and track sales activities and results.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts.
Követelmények
- Fluent English and German
- Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) from an accredited institution
- Sales or order management experience, preferably in the electrical/IT/telecommunications field
- Technical sales aptitude and analytical skills
- Experience in contacting B2B customers
- ERP system experience is a plus (SAP, Oracle etc.)
