Job Description


1. Reporting

  • Support to manage reports in term of shipment tracking, simple sales summary
  • Coordinate to obtain products translation and specification
  • Raise tickets to create / maintain customers / vendors information
  • Other reports assigned by Manager and HOD

2. Order Operation and Sales Support

  • Regularly keep in touch with customers for their inquiries based on given master file
  • Prepare and check all documents regarding to daily sales operation, such as PO, COCQ
  • Assist certain process of VAT invoice, such as adjustment / cancellation, return
  • Net off ASA warranty claim quarterly
  • Other Back office administrative activities

3. Logistics Coordination

  • Check shipping document set and input to tracking file
  • Coordinate with local warehouse to label and deliver goods as scheduled
  • Support to collect product information to declare customs
  • Assist for damages claim cases
  • Manage and keep track of loan process of Demo products in HCMC
  • Other logistics coordition assigned by Manager

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain or Logistics related subjects
  • Fluent communications skills in English
  • Working experience with multiple stakeholders and local customers
  • Ability to work independently, strong team player and take initiative, good communication & negotiation skills, ability to work under pressure
  • Responsible, professional, careful, high service orientation
  • SAP, MS Office, especially Excel with advanced competencies is a plus
