The role will include thoroughly completing rent reviews on the existing managed portfolios and dealing with day to day maintenance issues that arise within the properties. any problems which willby way instructing the relevant trade to attend for repairs as well a to the Landlords to advise them of the condition the property is being maintained. Repairs will need to followed up to ensure they are being completed.
While this position is based within the Cliftonville Branch, the successful candidate should know that the inspections cover the whole managed property portfolio, so the inspections will not just be in Cliftonville, but the whole of Thanet and surrounding areas.
