Job Description
- This position mainly on administrative work.
- Creates Product Code and Purchase Order
- Updates Images for Online and Promotion Price
- Setup PWP and GWP Promotion Code
- To keep proper and accurate management of stocks status in all entities, including warehouse.
- Responsible for keeping track of orders ensuring all stocks received are in order and perform costing function for the brand; also provide support in price adjustments that may be carried out from time to time.
- To monitor logistic cost, which include warehouse and delivery charges, and maintain proper records of delivery quantities and schedule for cross checking against logistic service provider’s invoices; responsible for resolving wrongful billing issues with service provider, if any.
- To generate sales, marketing and merchandising related reports regularly as stipulated by Company and Franchisor, as well as when required from time to time.
- Provide assistance to the Country Manager in seasonal purchase of merchandise to ensure optimal product mix in all stores at all times.
- To analyze sales and profit performance on a regular basis, identifying trends and opportunities for optimal profitability and business development.
- Work closely with Marketing on new season launch, VM/window plan, and in-store display setup.
- Constantly studying the general market trend for children’s products to provide feedback and recommendations of new products/brands for stores/institutions.
- Analyze competitive environment for activities and competitive pricing.
- To implement and provide support to Country Manager and Marketing on tactical promotion planning.
- To provide assistance to Country Manager on any other sales and merchandising functions that may arise from time to time.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of retail or merchandising experience in a similar industry
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially in Excel
- Able to start immediately or within a short notice
- Opens to Singaporeans only due to limitation of quota.

Salary: $3,000.00 - $3,400.00 per month
