Job Description 岗位职责描述

1. Sourcing and selecting of new staffs

2. Supervising and providing advice in relation to the disciplines, labour laws with any related departments.

3. Responsible for the full spectrum of HR function and manage the day to day HR operations.

4. Support the development and execution of HR practices and procedures to provide consistent support for the business requirement and the company strategies.

5. Function which include recruitment and selection, payroll, salary reconciliation. Updating of HR records, handling staff issues and industrial relations matters.

6. Ensure HR policy communicate on timely manner to employees.

7. Coach and develop HR team member to achieve business plan objectives.

8. Ensure efficient design and delivery of all HR policies and ensure they are in line with industry practices.

9. Be responsible for organizing and implementing performance appraisal and relevant appraisal work.

10. Monitor the foreign workers regarding their work permit and disciplinary etc.

11. Any other duties and responsibilities that assigned by superior from time to time.

1. Staff planning to align the needs of workforce of the organization.

2. Developing hiring, compensation and motivation system

3. Disciplinary action against employees

Job Requirements 岗位任职资格

1.

1. 教育程度Education Background:Bachelor Degree or above in Business Studies/

Administration/Management, Human Resource Management or equivalent.

2. 工作经验Working Experience:At least 1-3 years or above work experience in a similar

position. Currently holding a managerial position in a mutli-national company is preferred.

3. 专业知识Professional Knowledge and Skills : With knowledge of labour laws, compensation

& benefits, recruitment (local, foreign workers and expatriates).

4. 其他Others :Proactive, self-motivation and able to work under pressure. Strong

interpersonal skills and handling of people issues.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: RM2,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
