We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Global and Gold Partners Customer Relations Representative. In this role, you will be assisting our direct customers and business partners abroad. You will also handle price quotations, customer setup, and payment collection, and collaborate closely with various departments within the company.
The position requires excellent English language skills, experience with Priority Software ERP or a similar ERP program, and a strong customer service background.
Responsibilities
- Maintain regular and proactive communication with our direct customers and business partners abroad.
- Provide exceptional customer service and promptly address inquiries and issues through various platforms such as Telephone, WhatsApp, and email
- Process price quotations and ensure accuracy and timely delivery.
- Set up and maintain customer accounts in the system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Collect payments from customers and maintain accurate records of transactions.
- Collaborate and assist other departments within the company as required.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Priority Software ERP or similar ERP programs is highly desirable.
- Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Previous experience in customer service roles, preferably in a B2B environment
- Strong teamwork skills and ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and customers.
- Ability to handle communication with high-level positions and build positive relationships.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills with keen attention to detail
