Our Trust & Safety team's commitment is to keep our online community safe. We have invested heavily in human and machine-based moderation to remove harmful content quickly and often before it reaches our general community.
Within the Trust & Safety team, the Enablement team aims to be the strategic partner of T&S, driving collaboration, optimization, and synergy for T&S global functioning, whereas other T&S functions fight at the frontline for content integrity and community safety. We facilitate the application of smooth cross-functional/cross-region/cross-culture corporations, support and training, and drive change initiatives for leadership within the organization so that they fight with maximum efficiency and sustainability.
Being part of the Enablement team, our Global Wellbeing team is responsible for the development, implementation, and measurement of global programs to support all T&S teams achieve improved physical and mental health as well as working environments, especially those who are exposed to graphic and objectionable content, for both in-house teams and business partners. In this role, you will manage programs strategically and deliver effective wellbeing solutions, working with vendors and leveraging industry research and best practices.
Candidates should have a solid background in program management. Excellence in communication skills, ability to cooperate with multiple stakeholders and knowledge of wellness are also highly desirable.
What will I be doing?
- You'll facilitate the implementation of wellbeing programs, help coordinate resources and follow up on results and after action reviews; assist in expanding regional programs into global ones based on professional analysis;
- You will be a strong advocate of wellbeing to drive, recap, and iterate global wellbeing programs across different functions and regions based on in-depth knowledge of business and strategy;
- You'll support our content review stakeholders, business partners and partner management teams to ensure that wellbeing support for our in-house and outsourced teams is in line with our strategy;
- You will collaborate closely with our in-house wellbeing team, business leaders, HRBP, Organization Culture team, and other stakeholders to leverage internal resources and explore external resources.
What should I bring with me?
- You have solid experience in project/program management with expertise in stakeholders management and strategic partnerships within cross-functional teams of a large organisation.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and interpersonal skills, dedicated to achieving operational excellence.
- Prior experience or background in marketing and/or communications will be a plus
- You are a self-starter with the ability to work independently leading work streams/projects within larger programs in a fast-paced environment and manage ambiguity;
- Willingness to travel (approximately 30% post-COVID);
- You have experience in the health/wellness fields;
- You have experience working in a cross-cultural environment.
- A Bachelor’s degree or academic background preferably in a health and wellbeing related field such as health management, public health, psychology, behavioural science, or coaching, or work experience in Health Services, Partnerships or Business Management.
